Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, email, or chats regarding Aflac products and services and provide accurate responses to policyholder inquiries.
• Process Point of Call transactions including name changes, transfers, and beneficiary changes; maintain premier customer service.
• Draft communications to request information or confirm actions; coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
