Job summary

American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a Customer Care Center Specialist in Silver Spring, MD. In this full-time role, you will resolve inquiries on certification, verification, publications, and membership while handling payments and data in the system.

You will be the frontline “customer face” for nurses, health care organizations, and state boards. The position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1–3 years in an office or service-oriented role preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides real-time first call resolution for incoming calls, averaging ~80 calls per day.
• Handles certification, verification, publications, and membership inquiries and orders.
• Processes payments and maintains accurate records in Personify. Escalates as needed.
• Responds to email inquiries with timely, accurate information and completes associated tasks in system apps.
• Supports publications and membership processes, including order creation and refunds as needed.
