Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge with GAAP, federal guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Navigate customers through submitting orders in the self-service portal.
• Answer inquiries regarding customer accounts.
• Research shortages and mis-ships; process orders and pickups.
• Handle calls from the customer service queue and communicate with sales and A/R.
