Radiac Abrasives, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Oswego, IL. The hybrid position offers a pay range of $23.00–$28.00 per hour with remote flexibility up to 50 days per year, while remaining on-site in Oswego the rest of the time.

The CSR will respond to inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and coordinate with engineering, production, and sales to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or order management in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, MS Dynamics) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online channels.
• Process and manage customer orders in ERP; verify pricing and delivery details.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, order acknowledgments, and customer reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contract documentation.
