Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Econometrics & Quantitative Economics, or related field; 2 years post-baccalaureate risk/controls experience, or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience aligning solutions with business objectives and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ability to develop and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and data models for monitoring control performance and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and process-improvement projects across the enterprise.
• Oversee regulatory meetings with OCC and other regulators and prepare materials for leadership.
• Develop headcount strategies and plan resource allocation with risk/control parameters.
• Drive AI initiatives to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
