Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Experience supporting CRM programs across B2B and DTC/B2C environments.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM strategy and execution across B2B and DTC channels.
• Design segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and targeted campaigns.
• Manage CRM data infrastructure and platform integrations.
• Apply analytics to measure retention, engagement, and ROI.
• Collaborate with brand/creative teams to ensure consistent brand experience.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance.
