The role requires 2–5 years in credit/collections or a relevant finance field, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and excellent communication to balance growth with risk control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2-5 years in credit/collections/AR/financial analysis.
• Proficiency in credit risk assessment and collection practices.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and approve customer credit applications within authority.
• Review financial statements, credit reports, and payment history to assess risk.
• Establish or modify customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Monitor accounts for changes in financial condition and payment performance.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collections.
