Job summary

HireRight is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in Tulsa, OK. This hybrid role requires three on-site days per week, handling onboarding compliance for new customers, auditing existing accounts, and maintaining detailed customer records.

You will work across divisions and use systems tools to ensure timely processing and high customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to respond to varying customer needs while

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• High School or equivalent required.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information to determine compliance.
• Create and maintain detailed records of findings for auditing.
• Document step-by-step procedures of the compliance process and make assessments.
• Interface with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist in selecting physical location inspection vendors.
• Support ongoing audit activities to ensure vendors comply with HireRight requirements.
• Maintain file documentation for each potential customer and verify all steps.
• Interact with sales department regarding audit status and seek assistance as required.
