PBK Architects, Inc. seeks a Creative Strategy Manager in West Palm Beach to lead pursuit delivery and team workflow. You will translate strategy into execution plans, oversee RFQ/RFP production, and ensure submission quality while guiding design and content standards across projects.

You will manage workloads, coach staff, and maintain brand integrity, with hybrid work options and a focus on collaboration among technical staff and contributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of A/E/C marketing experience.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong production management and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFQ/RFP production and submission quality.
• Manage team workload, schedules, and deliverables.
• Translate pursuit strategy into clear execution plans.
• Direct coordination across technical staff and contributors.
