Job summary

SHADOW is seeking a proactive Project Manager for a 2–3 month contract-to-permanent role to oversee creative, campaign, and production initiatives from inception to completion.

You will own day-to-day execution, keep projects on schedule and within budget, and ensure high quality standards while serving as a bridge between internal teams and clients. The role offers a hybrid schedule with potential for full-time growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of project management or production experience, especially in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full project lifecycle with detailed timelines, trackers and workflows.
• Monitor daily activities and project health, identify risks and keep deadlines on track.
• Lead status meetings and ensure action items are documented and followed up.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate budgets and resources, and ensure quality deliverables.
