Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite current and prospective Commercial Real Estate, HOA, and Co-op lending transactions.
• Provide portfolio and industry analysis; stay abreast of market conditions; maintain credit files and bank systems.
• Assist in annual reviews of the commercial portfolio and perform other duties as assigned.
