Job summary

Responsibilities

• Underwrite borrower requests for lender consent on CRE loans.
• Analyze legal documents, financial statements, rent rolls and collateral.
• Prepare credit memos for internal signers and rate agencies.
• Coordinate with borrowers, attorneys and internal/external clients.
• Support process improvements and mentoring of staff as needed.
