Qualifications

• Minimum five years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate.
• Adequate knowledge of commercial real estate law with emphasis on retail leasing.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing retail leases, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize retail leases and lease-related documents.

• Manage workload independently while contributing to a team.
