Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field required.
• 2–4 years of people-leading management experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work with diverse populations in diverse territories.
• Flexibility to adjust hours, in-office days, and schedules as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Available to attend events in early morning, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SB and CB program operations at the Delaware location.
• Maintain high-quality matching and ongoing support for volunteers, youth, and families.
• Lead staff, provide supervision and development for CB and SB teams.
• Align program activities with agency standards and grant commitments.
• Manage enrollment/transition in designated matches with MSSs and enrollment team.
• Develop strategy for future growth and partner with schools and community partners.
