Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio seeks a County Program Manager to oversee school-based and community-based programs across Delaware County and surrounding areas. You will ensure high-quality matching, ongoing support for volunteers, youth and families, and strong partnerships with schools and community partners.

You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to agency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of people-leading management experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse territories and populations.
• Availability for events outside regular hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of program procedures and initiatives for SB/CB programs.
• Ensure school-based programs operate within guidelines and manage matches.
• Develop interventions to strengthen match relationships needing extra support.
• Supervise Match Support Specialists and oversee staff performance and development.
• Collaborate with HR to hire/train CB and SB staff and supervise them.
