• Experience advising telecom companies.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate telecoms related agreements, including network infrastructure and capacity.
• Manage legal aspects for extended warranty and insurance programs and related regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate retail operations related agreements with vendors and retailers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws (FCC, EU DMA), privacy and consumer protection regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-stakes issues.
