Job summary

Internova Travel Group's Global Travel Collection in New York seeks a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide premium travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car, and limo, for high-profile clients. You will assist the principal advisor with all aspects of client travel, from planning to execution, using Sabre and ensuring adherence to corporate policies.

The role is hybrid, based out of the New York office at 1633 Broadway, New York, NY 10019.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years full-time travel booking experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent dispute resolution and customer service abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class travel consulting including air, hotel, car, and limo arrangements.
• Support principal advisor with client travel management.
• Finalize bookings using Sabre and issue tickets, exchanges, MCOs, voids, and refunds.
• Prepare invoices using Sabre or Agent Portal.
• Reconfirm trips and address issues during travel to ensure service quality for clients.
• Research destinations and costs to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
• Plan international travel considering routing, faring, and requirements.
