Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1-3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with good presentation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with drive to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close journal entries and reconciliations including payroll accruals.
• General ledger maintenance for Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, and accruals.
• Vendor management and accruals to estimate unbilled liabilities.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Equity teams for RSU transactions.
• Support audit and maintain internal control documentation.
