Qualifications

• Completion of first year of law school (1L required) at an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate law, international law, and contract law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Sr. Legal Counsel with legal research and analysis related to corporate, contract, and international law matters.
• Support post-integration activities, including contract review, entity management, and compliance tracking.
• Draft, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Participate in due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Help maintain contract databases and legal records.
• Prepare summaries, memoranda, and presentations for internal legal and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, finance, and business operations.
