Harbor Group International seeks a Summer 2027 Legal Intern in New York, NY for a paid 10-week program. The in-house Legal department will provide exposure to real estate transactions and general corporate matters within a fast-paced private equity real estate platform.

The intern will assist with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and will draft/review NDAs, governance documents, and vendor agreements. Final presentation to senior leadership is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed 1L or 2L year of law school.
• 10-week summer commitment (June–August).
• At least one year of customer service experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
• Assist in the review and drafting of non-disclosure agreements, corporate governance documents, vendor agreements and other documents.
• Interfacing with other departments such as Transactions, Asset Management and Human Resources.
• Perform other duties as required.
