Responsibilities

• Reviews, negotiates, and provides counsel on a range of contracts for Property & Casualty Group, including confidentiality, reinsurance, and other corporate contracts.
• Counsels business and corporate services operations on regulatory matters associated with various transactions and corporate initiatives.
• Develops relationships across the Company to tailor legal advice to each specialty insurance division.
