Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an Associate to support corporate banking activities across North America’s food and agriculture sector. You will work with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and product partners to turn financial analysis into practical client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate banking or comparable experience.
• Formal credit training at a major bank is preferred; relevant licenses are a plus.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, prospecting, networking, financial analysis, collaboration, and decision-making.
• Ability to travel regionally and globally, up to 20%.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States; Rabobank cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Management team: understand the client portfolio and assist in managing relationships.
• Support client engagement: assist in meetings, CRM data, KYC, and ad hoc projects.
• Support the Credit team: build knowledge for credit analysis and complete training.
• Serve as a product liaison: connect Relationship Managers with Product Groups and understand capital structure and asset-based finance.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with Rabobank policies and regulatory requirements.
