You and Your Job

As a Wholesale Banking Analyst Summer Intern based in our Chicago, IL office, you will provide analytical, transaction, and marketing support to the Food & Agribusiness Corporate Banking Coverage team. You will work alongside Analysts, Associates, Credit Analysts, and Relationship Managers while gaining exposure to Rabobank’s broad product offerings and client-focused approach.

Through hands‑on assignments, professional development, training, and access to senior bankers, you will build practical corporate banking skills and contribute to live transactions and new business development. The program is designed as a pipeline to full-time Analyst opportunities for interns who perform at a high level.

Salary Expectations

Target Hiring Range: $49.50/hour

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full‑time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
