Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant law firm experience in alternative entity matters.
• Delaware bar admission or willingness to sit for the Delaware bar within your first year.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and readiness to take on meaningful responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Entity formation, governance, reorganization, dissolution, and liquidation.
• Fiduciary duties and statutory matters.
• Corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.
• Equity issuances and financing transactions.
