Job summary

BNY seeks an Analyst II to support corporate actions processing within a middle office, assuming increasing responsibility in review, oversight, and quality control. You will execute corporate actions and dividends and validate work, while guiding junior teammates.

Ideal candidates have financial services experience, strong Excel, and attention to detail; familiarity with Alteryx or Power BI is a plus. This is a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and self-motivation with growing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Actions Processing: Execute and support voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products
• Review & Quality Control: Review and validate work completed by junior analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Reconciliation Oversight: Perform and oversee reconciliations of client holdings versus agent records
• Team Support & Leadership: Act as a point of guidance for Level 1 analysts, assisting with questions and workflow direction
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Handle more complex inquiries and support client communication as needed
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and accuracy within the team
