Job summary

Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation (DBEDC) seeks a COO to lead internal management and serve as second in command to the CEO. You will manage six department leads, run the operating rhythm, and translate strategic priorities into practical plans for staff and programs in Dorchester and Roxbury neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience managing managers or department heads across multiple functions.
• Master’s degree or equivalent plus strong financial literacy.
