Qualifications

• 5+ years software delivery experience.
• 3+ years of Chatbot development experience with IBM Watson or similar tools.
• Experience in training intent recognition and curating training datasets.
• Knowledge of Conversational AI best practices and NLP.
• Experience in CICD, Git, unit testing, and source code management.
• Understanding of cloud development and deployment principles.
