Job summary

Tri Tech Automation, based in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Mid to Senior level Controls Engineer for its growing Indianapolis team. The role covers designing, programming, commissioning, and supporting PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing clients from design through startup.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in industrial automation, leading or supporting control system projects from design through startup.
• Proficient PLC programming with solid instruction-set knowledge and IEC 61131-3 familiarity.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA applications, and reading P&IDs, system diagrams, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and commission PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
• Design and build HMI, SCADA, and operator interfaces.
• Configure and integrate remote I/O, VFDs, network devices, and instrumentation; troubleshoot cross-system issues.
