Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage and mentor accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
