Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Enterprise Procurement team, supporting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business. You will help manage third-party vendor relationships, contract obligations, and cross-functional initiatives in a large enterprise environment.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement, 5+ years total, a Bachelor's degree, and in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays at a CVS hub.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, contracting, risk, or related corporate environment.
• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• In-office Tuesday and Wednesday at hub location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for vendor-related questions and issue resolution.
• Partner with Legal, Account Management, and stakeholders to support client requests and contract obligations.
• Help manage third-party vendor onboarding, tracking, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate across teams to gather information, solve problems, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Review contracts and identify operational, compliance, and vendor-related risks.
• Support vendor negotiations and contract documentation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while driving process improvements.
