Job summary

You will coordinate with project management and legal to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation, while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

The role requires understanding of commercial terms, strong communication, and experience in office administration.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred; 2 year degree with related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand company business, products, markets, facilities, customers and competitors to work with internal and external customers.
• Maintain positive client relations through teamwork and problem solving.
• Ensure completeness of documentation for commercial terms or contract review.
• Negotiate commercial terms or contracts per policy and revise PO terms for service/equipment orders.
• Obtain signatures/approvals on purchase orders and agreements per policy.
• Coordinate timely negotiation and execution of agreements with project management.
• Consult with legal dept or senior management on major concerns or financial risk.
• Negotiate master agreements with repeat customers.
• Track authorizations and correspondence related to contracts.
• Disseminate contract status information to appropriate staff.
• Administer contract revisions per policies.
• Support field and customer center personnel on contract processes.
• Provide contract support to AR team.
• Maintain insurance files.
