Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPM/CPSM preferred.
• Experience in contract review, vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with independent contractor coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation, review, and execution of purchasing contracts with strong customer service.
• Collaborate with General Counsel to ensure compliant contract terms and use of templates.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor performance and compliance.
• Manage contract tracking, reporting, and documentation across departments.
• Serve as main contact for university contract matters and new vendor communications.
