Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• Supervisory experience required with coaching and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with contracting technologies and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts and supporting documentation from sourcing activities.
• Oversee Workday Contract Life Cycle Management platform.
• Track contract renewals and extensions with Sourcing team.
• Collaborate with researchers, faculty, and administration to understand contracting needs.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Escalate issues to Contracts Manager or Director as needed.
