Qualifications

• Requires 5-8 years in contract management or closely related area.
• Paralegal or equivalent experience; paralegal cert is a plus.
• Experience with reviewing, drafting, and handling contracts; knowledge of transportation contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts and redlines.
• Draft and redline contracts and provide recommendations to legal and business requestors.
• Support negotiation of contract terms with carriers/providers or their representatives.
• Assist contract intake: provide templates, communicate processes, and complete intake checklists.
• Prepare contract reports and support records management.
• Oversee claims process and coordinate with multiple teams to investigate and recover claims.
