Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Security Tools Rationalization Project Manager for a contract role based in Charlotte, NC. You will lead across program delivery, governance, sourcing and decommission execution, coordinating with security, engineering, risk, procurement and finance teams in a hybrid on-site environment.

The role requires 5–7 years in program/project management or cybersecurity, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Cybersecurity, or Technology Transformation.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across Security, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across program delivery, governance, sourcing, dependency management, benefits realization, and decommission execution.
• Move work from analysis through decision, implementation, evidence, and sustainable operational adoption.
