Ingredion in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Contract & Pricing Analyst to manage invoicing, pricing, and contract data in a hybrid role. You will collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Credit, Finance, and Product Management to resolve customer account problems and ensure high satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, PROS, and EDI. Bachelor’s degree preferred and work supporting multiple pricing desks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, PROS, and EDI experience required.
• Execute on fundamental tasks such as maintaining customer master records, pricing, invoicing, sales contract maintenance, debits and customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Approve and process all invoicing in a timely manner.
• Analyze billing, invoicing, and pricing inquiries for internal/external customers.
• Maintain customer master data to support business needs.
• Process credits and debits to reconcile accounts and handle rebates.
• Enter and manage customer pricing and contracts to support sales activities.
• Keep up-to-date files and share orders with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pricing desks and cross-functional teams to solve issues.
