Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Contract Manager to negotiate and manage managed care agreements for its provider network, covering both fee-for-service and value-based care models. The role interfaces with health plan partners and internal teams to implement contracts and resolve operational issues.

The successful candidate will have managed care negotiation experience, strong knowledge of provider reimbursement, and the ability to work across departments such as Finance, Analytics, and Revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid contracts.
• Evaluate reimbursement terms and financial impact of proposals.
• Coordinate contract implementation and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor performance and ensure negotiated terms are implemented accurately.
• Prepare summaries of financial and contractual provisions for stakeholders.
