Job summary

Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, is seeking a Contract Legal Counsel for our Americas legal team in San Diego or Waltham, MA, in a hybrid setup with three days on site. You will support sales and services by drafting and negotiating complex agreements and advising on legal risk across the organization.

The role requires a JD from an accredited US law school, 3–5 years in a related role, strong writing and negotiation skills, and experience coordinating with multiple internal teams to

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school.
• 3–5 years of legal experience at either a law firm or in-house, or both.
• Admission to Massachusetts Bar preferred.
• Work onsite at DS local offices; hybrid work schedule with 2 days remote.
• Consistently demonstrates the highest level of integrity and ethics.
• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate software license, services, vendor, IP licenses and NDA agreements.
• Advise on legal issues including contract interpretation, IP, corporate policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, services and finance to implement processes and business practices.
• Identify and report risk in customer contracts and products; mitigate accordingly.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure global conformity of contract terms.
• Prepare letters, memos and other legal documents.
