Job summary

Red Oak Sourcing in Foxborough, MA is seeking an entry-level Contract Analyst to support contract maintenance, validation, data entry, auditing and reconciliations. This role offers a hybrid schedule—work from home Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office Tuesdays to Thursdays.

Relocation is not available, and the position provides exposure to Cardinal Health and CVS Health through the joint venture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Strong team player with solid communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate execution of contractual activities including contract preparation, validation, contract execution, audits, and reporting.
• Work cross functionally with internal and external partners to process and monitor contract loads.
• Data entry and system maintenance within Red Oak Sourcing’s tools and Azure Data Platform.
• Contract and formulary management aligning with Cardinal Health and CVS Health.
• Super User/System Administrator of Contract Logix CMS.
• Identify and report system issues to third-party consultants.
• Own and manage changes to Data Validation SOPs and communicate them.
• Perform routine reconciliations of data feeds from Cardinal Health and CVS Health.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reconciliation issues and determine resolution steps.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure daily data feeds are loaded and validated.
• Execute job functions in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
