Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of content marketing (or related) experience.
• Proficient in AP Style writing and editing.
• Proficient in data analysis using Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO.
• Familiarity with content management systems, Kentico preferred.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
• Familiarity with editing applications such as CapCut and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of content strategies to engage and entertain audiences for campaigns and events.
• Coordinate Digital Team projects, timelines, plans, and internal communication.
• Develop inclusive content to promote diverse neighborhoods and Cleveland’s visitor experience.
• Maintain website content via a content management system and assist with page construction.
• Monitor KPIs to optimize engagement and views.
• Produce content that aligns with the Cleveland brand voice and deadlines.
• Support editorial team management and content calendar maintenance.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure content aligns with goals.
