Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer assistance via phone, written, and in-person communication.

• Handle entry-level non-clinical claim related work accurately and timely.
• Maintain relationships with customers and co-workers; support other areas.
• Adhere to processing standards for quality, documentation and turnaround.
