Parametric's Client and Consultant Relations Associate supports Morgan Stanley's Institutional Distribution effort, coordinating with directors and consultants to drive opportunities. The role emphasizes CRM excellence, briefing memos, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in investment management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across locations.

Responsibilities

• Support external facing directors with consultants and build connections.
• Prepare briefing memos and meeting materials from CRM data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to develop opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding, account maintenance, and pipeline management.
