Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Parametric team seeks a Client and Consultant Relations Associate to support institutional consultants, manage opportunities, and coordinate with Sales and Relationship Management. You’ll work with senior team members and internal stakeholders to provide strategic information and day-to-day support.

The role emphasizes CRM usage, briefing material creation, and proactive workflow improvements while continuously expanding product knowledge and market insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in the investment management industry.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across levels and locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Results-oriented with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support external facing directors by connecting with key research individuals.
• Manage client onboarding, account maintenance, and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce.
• Prepare briefing memos, meeting materials, and consultant presentations from CRM data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to convert opportunities.
• Develop understanding of revenue drivers via the consultant community and reporting.
