Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corp in Chicago is seeking a Commercial Draw Analyst to support monitoring and risk management of construction loans and draw requests. You will assist Commercial Draw Managers with pre-close documentation, post-close reviews, and entering draw requests into processing software, collaborating with borrowers, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced computer skills including MS Excel.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume role with multiple tasks.
Experience with a financial institution, Title Company, real estate developer, and/or general contractor is a plus.
Experience in commercial construction loan underwriting/funding/disbursement is a plus.
Experience with construction funding software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support monitoring and risk management of commercial and residential construction loans and draw requests.
Assist Commercial Draw Managers in reviewing post-closing draw requests and facilitate pre-close document collection and third-party reviews.
Review and enter draw requests into the department's processing software for final review.
Coordinate with borrowers/clients, lending and credit teams, contractors, inspectors, title companies, and other stakeholders.
