The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of construction litigation experience and a strong background in personal injury matters, with solid drafting and discovery skills.

Qualifications

• JD from top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury matters.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience handling discovery and depositions.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigation.
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
