Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a data-backed estimating cost model for budgets.
• Build a project cost database with historical data and market pricing.
• Provide training on estimating fundamentals and cost evaluation.
• Evaluate contractor pricing and support award recommendations.
• Produce life cycle cost analyses on request.
