Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years job-related experience.
• Desired: CIA, RIMS-CRMP, CCEP, LPEC certifications.
• Experience with records management and confidentiality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve data responses for accuracy, consistency, tone, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Build relationships across teams to gather information and support deliverables.
• Monitor quality trends, raise concerns, and recommend solutions to prevent issues.
• Take initiative to learn, improve processes, and drive tasks to completion.
• Develop and implement quality control checklists and best practices.
• Research prior responses, identify gaps, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Create reports, perform ad-hoc analysis, and present findings for decisions.
• Manage intake, logging, and tracking of data requests for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update databases and perform quality checks.
