Job summary

Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) is seeking a Compliance Program Manager and Paralegal to lead our compliance program and support legal activities across the organization. You will navigate federal and state healthcare regulations, draft policies, and guide investigations while partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain strong compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience in compliance, healthcare, corporate legal support, or paralegal role (5+ years).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and federal/state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, implementation, and monitoring of the compliance program.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, fraud and abuse laws, and related healthcare requirements.
• Draft, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate changes to leaders.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Document findings and monitor corrective actions through completion.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries, audits, subpoenas, and legal requests.
• Draft and organize contracts, BAAs, and governance documents.
• Develop and deliver compliance education and training.
