Job summary

SGA Dental Partners seeks a Compliance & Privacy Officer to lead the organization’s compliance and privacy program in a multi-state dental services setting. You will design, implement, and oversee policies, training, and monitoring across practices while maintaining independence and governance with the Board’s Audit Committee.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare compliance, privacy protection, investigations, and enterprise risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee a system-wide Compliance and Privacy Program.
• Lead investigations and regulatory responses as needed.
• Provide reporting to CEO and Audit Committee on program effectiveness.
