Old Republic Bitco is seeking an Assistant Compliance Coordinator to join our Home Office in Davenport, IA. This role supports regulatory compliance, maintains producer appointments, and assists with statistical reporting for state departments, industry groups, and corporate management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintain producer appointments database and onboarding workflows.
• Communicate with producers, branch offices, and internal departments to complete requests.
• Review state and vendor appointment notices to manage workflows.
• Reconcile appointment lists prior to renewals and review invoices.
• Enter and retrieve data across systems using software tools and Excel.
• Respond to inquiries and reporting needs with accurate information.
• Ensure department information, files, and reports are correct.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues in a professional, cooperative manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
